Winner.....
I'm a member of the SWPP (Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers) and every week on the members forum there's a wedding competition. It's just a bit of fun really, but the images are voted by fellow photographers from all over the UK (and beyond). This week, I was delighted to get 1st Place equal in the Wedding Reportage section with this image of Sophie Morrison, gorgeous sister and bridesmaid of Scott and Emma.

Snow White - Peterhead Panto 2008
It was great to be asked to once again take the promotional shots for this year's Panto. The crew and cast work extremely hard for months and it's a real privilege to see behind the scenes. I got to go and see the actual show too and it was brilliant. Well done to one and all! :-)

Pre Wedding Shoot
As part of my main wedding package, I include a pre-wedding shoot. This gives the couple an opportunity to experience what it feels like to be photographed by me, and also lets me see how they interact with each other and whether they feel comfortable in front of the camera. Last week, I was delighted to work with Elaine and James, who are getting married in Aberdeen next year. I can tell already that their wedding images are going to be fabulous -well, one can't fail with two such good-looking people! :-)
